A serviced apartment is a completely furnished apartment available for both short-term and long- term stays. The apartments are inclusive of utility bills.
In our Residence Apartments you will have a living room to relax or entertain, space to work and if your mood takes you, you can prepare a meal. With the added space you can really relax and enjoy your stay.

Our check in time is 14:00 and check out is 10:30. However, if the apartment is ready earlier, we will allow you access. If you wish to have a later check out, please contact us and we can see if there is availability for this.
We do charge a refundable deposit. This is paid at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the length of booking.
This is used to cover any incidental costs occurred during your stay. Any deposit requirements will be made clear to you at the reservation stage and at the confirmation stage.
We require guests to read and sign a contract before any stay takes place.
The apartment is serviced once a week. This includes a full clean of the apartment and your bed linen and towels be changed once a week. If you wish to have a more frequent service schedule, please contact us.
If you would prefer minimum contact, our team can limit interactions with guests, if this is requested. We can arrange a self check-in and linen drop off if you would like to minimise contact with staff.
Yes, there is no issue in denying a cleaning service. We can arrange to drop off the linen and minimise contact, if requested.
The rates include rent, water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV license and cleaning. All prices are agreed at the time of quotation and will not change unless the booking is altered.

We are happy to arrange an apartment viewing and encourage our guests to view before making their decisions. Viewings are subject to the apartment availability in question, but we will do our best to accommodate any viewing requests. If you are unable to make a viewing in person, we are also happy to accommodate video/facetime viewings.
Each property has a cancellation policy. You’ll be required to give a certain amount of notice prior to arrival and once checked in, to allow you to make an amendment to your reservation without any charges applying. We will confirm any terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, at the reservation stage. The cancellation policy varies depending on the length of stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments. Smoke alarms are fitted within all our apartments.
